The fun and desire to create and cook food came to my life by accident: I had to choose a company for my civil service time. A friend of mine mentioned a free job in a canteen kitchen – and I was curious about it. And the next 15 month I had the honor to enjoy a compressed job training of a cook from my boss. Since the team had to make around 350 dishes every day, still today I hassle with the quantities and sizes of the dishes. It happens once in a while that I make stuff for like ten people instead of four… at least nobody stays hungry 🙂

Today my passion for cooking comes from the fun it makes to experiment and try out new stuff. But also I’m still curious to recreate stuff from the processed food industry with only natural ingredients.

And last but not least I want to show that everybody can cook. It’s no rocket science. Only thing you need is a little time.
