This recipe is a classic from the Hungarian kitchen. The small pastries can easily be served as a snack, but also as side dish for drinks and soups they are perfect. Actually you can enjoy them anytime anywhere. Only constraint: they need to be fresh from the oven. The kids created a nice name for them as the Hungarian Pogàcsa is a bit hard to pronounce. They simply call them „cheese cookies“ 🙂
